Return & Cancellation Policy

We want the return process to be clear and straightforward. Please review the conditions below before submitting a request.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team within this 14-day period and include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.
Items should be returned in original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The cost depends on the shipping carrier you choose when sending the item back.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the return shipment until it is received by us.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after they are placed.
After this time window, cancellation is no longer guaranteed because the order may already be in processing or prepared for dispatch.
To request a cancellation, please contact support as soon as possible and include your order number.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Approved refunds are issued within 7 days after the returned item arrives at our facility and passes inspection. Refunds are sent back using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.
